On this page, you’ll be able to find a suite of resources; some from our lab and many more from the broader coastal and estuarine research community. This includes data sources from government agencies, multidisciplinary nonprofit organizations, other academic laboratories, and relevant software projects. We often use these links for our own research and felt the need to create a comprehensive portal to facilitate advancements in research. Feel free to navigate the links on the right or continue on to read a brief description on the information that is available here.

Academic Resources

The Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science (MCECS) and Portland State University provide an array of academic resources to faculty and students alike. The MCECS Computer Action Team (CAT) provides fundamental IT support for the college that include individual and Stash account management, deployment of research computers and software installation, hosting websites and Redmine projects, and printing, among other services. Another critical IT resource on campus is the university Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT provides a suite of services, notably the Academic Research Computer (ARC) department, which provides support for research projects.
